Company Profile

Established in 1999, VTrader, LLC was a Professional Broker/Dealer registered with the PCX-ARCA Exchange and now the NYSE. The main focus of the business was risked based margin for floor traders and off floor traders. In 2004, VTrader, LLC registered and established an Introducing Brokerage registration with the NFA and CFTC and redirected its business to focus on the Futures Business that allowed us to stay in front of the curve.

Also in 2004, VTrader, LLC established a second Broker/Dealer, JBO and Trading Group to offer the Professional Derivatives Trader a structure to bring their business from the floor to the screen. This entity, VTrader Pro, LLC allows Individuals, Entities, Trading Groups or Private Money Managers the best taxation structure, cross margin on all asset classes, risk based leverage/margin, and independent risk management. We offer the Trader multiple execution platforms, multiple charting and analytics platforms, automated back office trading sheets, and many additions tools to generate ideas, back testing and system design. This turn key trading solution simply allows the trader to concentrate on their main objective: Skillful Trading.

In 2007, VTrader, LLC dropped its Broker/Dealer and Introducing Broker status and put 100% of its focus to the Global Futures Markets. We have added a DBA called QuikSilver Futures to the business. These relationships allow our traders the best possible clearance rates, risk margin, execution routes, custom selection of front-end software and complete backend reporting and risk management.

The Tools and Value Added Services that QuikSilver Futures offers its traders is the difference between the Extinct Trading Groups and the Trading Groups that have flourished in this competitive and difficult trading environment. We offer our time to assist with the building of a complete trading plan, methodology design, and ongoing education in new markets and adapting to each environment.

Money Management, Mental Discipline and a Methodology is prerequisites to trade with our group. The 3 M's should comprise the foundation of any Trading Plan. This structure must exist due to the extremely competitive market participants, recent popularity of program trading, and trading of black and grey box systems.
